    20 minutes of intense cardio.

arrow Swedish Meatballs:

    Ingredients:

  • 14 oz Lean Ground Beef
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 Yolk
  • 1 ½ cup Oats
  • ½ bag of taco seasoning
  • Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients together by hand.
  • Kneed the mixture into little balls.
  • Place in a muffin baking tray.
  • Put in oven for 20 minutes at 350¸
