The season ends with a bang!! The Muscle Beach Championship, September 4, 2006 (Labor Day) will see the presentation of the first Lifetime Achievement Award to Mr. Joe Weider. His contribution to the sport of Bodybuilding is renown throughout the world. In addition Gene Mozee, Leroy Colbert and Rachel McLish will be inducted into the Muscle Beach Venice Bodybuilding Hall of Fame Sponsored by Iron Man Magazine.
The competition hosted by World Gym is open to all amateur athletes with registration from 7:30 - 9:30 am, pre-judging at 10 am and finals at 1 pm. The Fit Expo features vendors from the health and fitness industry including Bodybuilding.com, Radioactive Energy, Power Pancakes, Coca Cola's Full Throttle, Pit Bull Energy Drink and a variety of others. Don't miss this exciting day!
