IFBB Figure Pro Christine Pomponio-Pate - What's not to luv?
Colorado's own Christine Pomponio-Pate was working the Vyotech booth at the Arnold Expo. Ms. Christine has shot to the top of the figure ranks over the last couple of years and is a favorite of many photographers. She's appeared on magazine covers, layouts, ads and can be seen in a few commercials in the Denver area. I've been friends with Christine for a few years now and we always joke around like a couple of dorks. I ask her about her photos, tigers and more on this video.
Shawn & Dina address the rumor & Figure Champ, Mary Lado
This is one interesting interview! Ron and Isaac stopped by the Vyotech booth and ran into Shawn Ray. As we're chatting with Shawn, who shows up, but Dina Al-Sabah! We put them on the spot to address the rumors started by Shawn's fellow pro bodybuilder (the one who called me a punk a$$ on Pro Bodybuilding Weekly radio show). Shawn speaks about the Colorado Pro show and the rumor with Ms. Dina. We then catch up with the figure champ, Mary Elizabeth-Lado at the Vyotech booth. She tells us about her future competition plans and more.

My good friend Catherine Moe from Molecular Nutrition was in Columbus for the Arnold Classic again. It's always a pleasure to catch up with Moe. I've known Catherine for a few years and she is one of the real peeps in the business. I stopped by the booth and talked to her and Bill Llewellyn the day before and they had the best drink at the expo. Unfortunately, they were all out. BLASTED!

Evan Centopani Video Interview - How big are his arms?
We stopped by to chat with Evan Centopani at the Arnold Classic to see what he had up his sleeve. Since the giant NPC competitor wasn't wearing any sleeves we decided to see if his arms were as big as he claimed. He actually didn't make any claims and was a very humble guy. He was expected to win the NPC Nationals but Desmond Miller changed those plans. Check out out big Evan's arms are and what he has to say about his future plans.

Fortunately for all of you, Ron Avidan has the connections to get this interview with John Cena. His line (John's, not Ron's) for photos and autographs was several hundred deep. The signing booth was close to getting shut down because of fire code and so many people around Cena's station. John is part of the ABB team and shares a bit about that and what his favorite ABB drink is. It's short, but trust us - it was not easy to get this interview!

Exclusive Video Of Arnold Backstage!
Ron and Isaac bring you exclusive video footage that no one else has of Arnold. Arnold caught up with a man from Baghdad who has been trying to attend the Arnold Classic for several years. This is the first time Sabah Talib has been able to make it to the show due to Sadam no longer being in power. Talib owns a gym in Iraq, called appropriately enough, "Arnold Classic Gym." Arnold chatted with him for a couple minutes and posed for photos. You could tell Talib was delighted to speak with Arnold and meet the Governor and bodybuilding icon.

Female Weightlifting: No Lift... =(
I stopped in for a few minutes to watch some of the female weightlifting competitions, and snagged this brief lift on tape. Although it was declared a "no lift," she obviously still hefted that 100 kg (220 lbs.) barbell over her head... Impressive. =)

I stopped in for a few minutes to watch the spectacle that is powerlifting. Wow, what a show! Under all the bright lights, cameras, and loud music was just a guy (Shawn Frankl, a big-a$$ guy, mind you!) trying to move some serious weight.
