Amy Bramuchi is a nationally certified Massage Therapist, with training in Neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage, Deep tissue, Sports massage, Reflexology, Lypossage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She has been in practice for eight years, including opening her own practice. Amy has been a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 1999. A large part of her practice is working with top-notch personal trainers to help them improve their clients overall health and fitness.
Amy is also a certified personal trainer herself and she is currently pursuing studies in nutrition, yoga, and Pilates. She has also been a competitive figure contestant and holistic health consultant.
