All-Out 8-Week Mass Attack. No Holds Barred. Well the morning didn't start off on a good note especially for leg training. I woke up, in what I thought was the middle of the night, to fix my bed, then I look at the alarm clock and wouldn't you know it, it was 5:10 am. I had overslept, so I jumped up, took my supplements, got my clothes on and off to the gym I went. It was hard to get warmed up this morning due to the fact I was at the gym within 15 minutes or so of me waking up but I did manage to get going.
Stiff leg dead lifts w/dumbbells - 1x10 - 70lbs, 1x10 - 80lbs I didn't feel real strong today, I guess from not getting up on schedule, so I just focused on slow reps with a long negative.
