Day # 54 of 56 - 03-15-02

Well today was the last day of my Anabol/Megabol cycle. I am now getting all the supplements together for a good Tren-X cycle. I am really looking forward to it too.

Today was arm day and everything went a little better than the last few days being I was able to get up and get out of the house on time.

I blasted my calves this morning in the same way I normally do.

Tricep pushdowns - 1x10 - 110lbs, 1x10 - 130lbs, 1x10 - 200lbs
V-bar pushdowns - 1x10 - 120lbs, 1x10 - 130lbs
Overhead rope extensions - 2x140lbs
One arm dumbbell extension - 1x10 - 35lbs
Kickbacks - 1x10 - 40lbs
Nose breakers - 2x10 - 110lbs
Overhead extension - 1x10 - 80lbs, 1x10 - 90lbs
Close grip bench - 1x10 - 135lbs, 1x10 - 185lbs
One arm cable extension - 2x10 - 50lbs
Dumbbell curls - 1x10 - 35lbs, 1x10 - 45lbs
Preacher curl - 2x10 - 70lbs
One arm preacher curl - 1x10 - 35lbs, 1x10 - 40lbs
Ez curlbar curls - 2x10 - 110lbs
Cable curls - 2x10 - 130lbs
One arm cable curls - 2x10 - 50lbs

I really dropped the amount of weight I normally would use for arms in order to get the negative and have more control throughout the movement. I really squeezed the muscle at each peak contraction. My arms were swole big time after this workout.

This is my last journal entry for this cycle, but I will have one more update article that will update my lifts and stats that I met during this stack. Until then.
