Did you know?
Hugo Labra was 1960 Mr. Los Angeles.
Americans want quick, easy foods, and Wendy's, Chick-fil-A and McDonald's are the backbone of this diet. These resturants are making small changes in their menus, but it will never be enough to change the American diet.

Let's face it America is the fattest country in the world and it is not going to get better. The odds are clearly against us with the ever increasing amount of fast food resturants around us. As Dr. Phil would say "Let's get real." Americans want quick, easy foods, and Wendy's, Chick-fil-A and McDonald's are the backbone of American nutrition. These resturants are making small, and I do meal small, changes in their menus, but it will never be enough to change the American diet, so what is the all-beef-patty-eater to do?

Well of course getting educated on what to do instead of the triple cheese with mayo is a great start.

Here is a sample of what I would recommend for a person who just will not give up their fast fun food.

Meal 1 - 6:00-7:00 AM

McDonald's

1 side order of eggs with 1 hash brown
1 cup coffee and 16 oz water
Snack - 10:00 AM
One apple or fruit of choice
Meal 2 - 12:00-1:00 PM

Wendy's

    Grilled chicken salad
    1 Biggie Iced tea (Unsweet)
Snack - 3:00 PM Meal 3 - 6:00-7:00 PM

Chick-fila

Grilled chicken sandwich (no butter on bun)
    1 side salad
This followed by 30 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of moderate cardio will help that gut dissappear faster than a large fry at a company luncheon.
