Since I can remember I was big. I decided to commit to myself to losing weight and making a life change. Since then I've lost over 100 pounds and have been helping other people like me!


David Gluhareff


Background

David Gluhareff is a certified personal trainer, certified through the International Sports Sciences Association. Losing 100 pounds himself is what propelled David into the fitness arena.

All throughout his childhood, David suffered with a weight problem, which you will see in the photos. "Big boy", "big bones" and "healthy appetite" were things he heard frequently. And it wasn't fun to have to live up to a svelte and trim brother who had no weight problem!

Now Dave helps people every day to lose weight. David helps kids, young adults, adults, and seniors achieve a healthier lifestyle. Emphasis is put on diet, exercise, and stretching. David's clientele ranges from bodybuilders wanting to add muscle, bodybuilders looking for a proper diet, obese people wanting to lose weight and fat, athletes from elementary school through high school, to those who just want to drop a few pounds or even just feel stuck in a rut with their fitness training.

David works one-on-one at a fitness facility or at a person's home if the proper equipment is present.
