Jamie Hale

Background

My name is Jamie Hale and I am the owner of Total Body Fitness. I am strength and conditioning specialist, author, and contributor to various fitness and sports publications. I have trained hundreds of individuals and my clients all have one thing in common- they achieve results by following my programs.

My programs are based on scientific as well as "in the trenches" knowledge. I have read and researched thousands of pieces of literature regarding the principles of training, nutrition, rest-recovery, performance-enhancing drugs, and nutritional supplements. I have had the privilege of consulting with the leading authorities in this field, including John Davies, Charles Staley, and Dave Tate, to name a few.

I graduated college from Eastern Kentucky University. I received a bachelor's degree in psychology with a research emphasis in sports psychology. While attending Eastern, I was president and founder of the E.K.U. Boxing Team. I also participated in Golden Gloves Boxing. I am currently a registered USA Amateur Boxing judge.

I have studied various martial arts including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Seishin-Kai, and Thai Boxing. I am an honorary member and Advisor to K.I.C.K (Karate International Council of Kickboxing). I am a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association and a former competitive bodybuilder.

If you are serious about getting in the best shape of your life and are ready to work, I am ready to start you on a guaranteed results program.
