As promised I said I would write a separate article detailing my supplementation for this third phase. Also a little update on my third phase is that I have cut back on the fruit and peanut butter as I have become a little soft. Back too normal now though. I will break this off into times of day of what I take and the first recording I will explain why I chose this product.

First Thing Out Of Bed:

  • 500mg Tyrosine- insulin sensitivity, neuro function, amino acid profile
  • 500mg Taurine- same
  • 3/99mg tabs Potassium- Water and Electrolyte balance and function
  • 1000mg Glycine- hydration factor, vascularity, recovery and water balance
  • 1 tab Insulene (Pinnacle)- insulin sensitivity/spike
  • 500mg ALA- same
  • Vitamin B Complex- essential for growth, blood development and recovery
  • 1000mcg VB12- blood pool
  • 1000mg Spanish Bee Pollen- This has everything I need to grow
  • 1 tab Tetracal- Thermogenic

After First Meal:

    After my first meal of the day, which remember is a shake.

    By now I have my blood and muscles filled with everything they need for the state of growth we call anabolism. I can feel myself growing as I see my muscles fill back up with growth power.

Before My Pre-Workout Meal:

  • 500mg Tyrosine- insulin sensitivity, neuro function, amino acid profile
  • 500mg Taurine- same
  • 1 tab Insulene (Pinnacle)- insulin sensitivity/spike
  • 500mg ALA- same
  • 1 tab Tetracal- Thermogenic

    Then again after I lift before cardio I take the same supplements because it is about 30 minutes before I drink my shake.

With My Shake I Take:

  • 3/99mg tabs Potassium- Water and Electrolyte balance and function
  • 1000mg Glycine- hydration factor, vascularity, recovery and water balance

With My First Meal After The Shake:

    This is done for every workout session each time. I firmly believe in manipulating the insulin levels for uptake of nutrients.

With My Last Meal Of The Day:

  • 1 Multivitamin- free radical
  • Vitamin B Complex- essential for growth, blood development and recovery
  • 1000mcg VB12- blood pool
  • 1000mg Spanish Bee Pollen- This has everything I need to grow


Conclusion

4 times through the day in between meals I take 1000mg of glycine. I try to get in 4 tabs spread through the day of tetracal. Here is where the kicker is, through the day I drink my water with serving of twinlabs liquid amino acid. I do this in order to keep a constant flux of amino acids in my bloodstream to ensure awesome growth. Don't know if it is working yet because I just started, but we will see huh!

Well that's it, those are the supplements I take right now. I keep things simple and rely on the basics and essentials for growth. I try to be fundamentally sound.
