Background
Keats Snideman, a native of Santa Fe, New Mexico, has lived in the Phoenix area since 1992. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University. From 1998-2002 Keats owned and operated Total Balanced Fitness Inc. located in Tempe. During this time, Keats trained a variety of clients, including athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLBA as well as athletes from the college and high school levels.
As a competitive sub-masters sprinter (100 & 200m dashes), Keats specializes in the enhancement of athletic fitness, including improvements in speed, explosive-strength and dynamic flexibility. In the interest of injury prevention, Keats also holds a massage license and performs Neuromuscular (NMT) and sports massage therapy.
