Chapter 1 - Introduction OK, so are you ready to get started? Before you contemplate picking up dumbbell or drinking a protein shake, I would like you to take a before picture of yourself. This picture should be taken whilst standing in a relaxed position, from the front, side and back. I would also recommend that you have a newspaper evident in these pictures which clearly shows the cover. Once you have your after pictures taken with a newspaper dated 12 weeks later, there will be no doubt from naysayers that you gained your amazing results in such a short period of time. Have your picture taken with a plain background to best show the silhouette of your physique, no matter how bad or good it may look. Wear something revealing in the pictures. When I say revealing, I don't mean for you to shop for some sexy lingerie, but you should be able to reveal the parts of your physique that you would like to target. For Women - I recommend you wear some small plain colored shorts that will best show your hip thigh and waist and something to cover the chest. For Men - I recommend that you wear some small plain colored shorts that best reveal hamstrings and thighs.
