Background
How did you get started?
When I was in 4th grade, I as in the supermarket with my mom. This muscular guy walked by. I just kept bugging my mom about him and how amazing he looked. My mom got fed up with my fascination and took me over to him and introduced us. I was pretty shy back then and didn't have a lot to talk about. Needless to say, I was hooked. Now that I look back at it, I have to laugh. I really went off the deep end. I started curling 1-gallon milk containers filled with water. Push-ups...sit-ups...I even saved up for my very first Joe Weider weight set. I've been working at building my body ever since.
What work out plan worked best for you?
I've used several, but the one I always go back to is one body part a day. I like the old school technique. Stick to the basics and build your foundation.
What supplements have given you your greatest gains?
19-Nor-Andro, which you can't use any more in natural shows, and Creatine.
What are your future bodybuilding plans?
To win as many NGA Pro shows as possible!
What tips would you give other bodybuilders?
Don't let bodybuilding consume your whole life. Explore new things while you're young. You have the rest of your life to build your body.
