There are certain 'animalistic' principles that govern the sexual drives of humans.
Men are driven by symbols of fertility that women possess: such as ample breasts, a small waist, proportioned hips and a healthy amount of fat in the right places. These symbols represent a healthy woman who can create a nurturing family but above all, give birth to a man's healthy children.
Women are driven by the symbols of strength that men posses: such as large shoulders, a wide chest, strong legs, defined arms and a chiseled mid section. These symbols represent a healthy man who can protect and defend his wife, but above all, provide provisions to a woman's household and kids.
A couple that possess strong sexual 'symbols' means that they share strong sexual 'chemistry', for they own the perfect ingredients that creates a powerful, sexual appetite.
In order to live a happy, sustainable existence with your lifetime partner, not only should you be able to communicate and love each other with respect and unconditional support, but most importantly, you've got to be fit and you've got to have great sexual chemistry.
I've received tons of emails from men and women who have mates that don't share the same enthusiasm as them to get into terrific shape... some even ask if it is really important that their partner share that same interest: my answer? Hell Yeah!

Besides having someone to impress and have impress me... I want someone who I can be with for the rest of my life. Is that vain? No! It is necessary. Bottom line in this animal kingdom is that I am a mammal and I have drives. And as a man I need a woman who is healthy and can give birth to healthy kids and as a woman she needs a man who is healthy and can provide and protect for the family. That's not vain, that's evolution.
Here are how some tips to get started on your new healthier relationship.

Start The Journey With A Single Step
After a nice meal downtown, take a walk and browse the shops... hold hands and stop every twenty steps to kiss her or twirl her around. Allowing your body to digest food and blood to flow, will increase your stamina and make you less heavy for some good loving dessert at home later on!

Give Her A Kiss!
Not only is walking a great alone time for couples, but it is a simple and easy-to-do exercise you can do together. Plus, you can increase couple communication because you can chat to each other without gasping for breath. If walking isn't your thing, it's important that you find the activity that you both really like, can do regularly and will actually complete.

Make A Date At The Gym
Pick up a group exercise schedule and have her choose a class during the time you weight train... or even take the class with her! Nothing is sexier than teaching your lady how to perform a deadlift while spotting her from behind.

If you are a girl and you want to get your guy in shape, make him become friends with a guy who likes to train or choose a gym where there is a basketball court. Like any other hot date put it in your calendar and make it a shared commitment to do it.
Sharing a commitment to workout together will improve your communication with your mate as well as get you excited when you see each other sweat!

Take The Circumstances & Put Them Outside
If sweating at the gym pounding some weights isn't your partner's idea of exciting, you both might enjoy hiking a mountain or riding bikes down a trail.
You guys can help each other climb up hard trails or hold each other's hands to prevent slipping on rocks. Being outdoors not only presents opportunities to enjoy nature, but it also creates team building circumstances.

Become Each Other's Coach
Like any great coach, provide your partner with some positive feedback. Some days you will be the coach, the other day, she might take the lead... the point is you both take shared responsibility for each other.

Working out provides a challenged environment where you are able to push each other's buttons with the agreed intention that it is for the health benefits of both of you to be each other's coach.
Not only can you be a coach for one another, but you can also track each other's progress by jointly increasing how hard or long you exercise together so you equally get solid workouts and solid results.

It's All About "We" & No Longer About The "Me."
This will keep you both focused on your results together. Add up your total combined weight loss and work toward increasing this number every week. You begin learning that if one of you fails, both of you fail... because you create combined goals that cannot be completed without the other person's involvement.

One of the worst things about having an unfit partner is when you are trying to maintain, gain, or lose, when the person next to you is drinking a beer and eating pizza.
Wouldn't it be great to eat chicken and broccoli together and then eat the pizza with him/her because you both deserve it?
When you work hard together, you can work on playing hard together, even if it means enjoying a fat meal in bed or a nice fat meal at a nice restaurant.

I am a healthy man and damn it, I need a healthy woman. I hope that my woman wants to live life as fully as I do because it would suck if I can run up a hill and she is panting behind.
It would suck if she could look great in a bikini and I am hiding under shorts and a shirt at the beach. It would really, really suck if we had sex with the lights off and we were envisioning making love to a fit body.
