Bodybuilding is my passion that makes me feel like I am on top of the world. When I work out, my ambition is to push my body harder and harder every time to see how much it can take, how much pressure it can stand.

I love when my muscles try to please my mind and go far beyond their capacity. When I wake up in the morning for a cardio session, it's not fun always. There are times when I hate it, but knowing how good it makes me feel afterwards, I just do it. Day after day after day.

Bodybuilding requires self-control and patience. There is no quick fix to an athletic physique, and everybody knows that it takes many hours in the gym and on the stair stepper to achieve it. People admire that - some times filled with hope about being able to do it themselves one day. And when they ask me if it's possible I tell them yes, because it definitely is. There is no excuse for being out of shape if you're healthy, but you must be wanting to make a change more than anything else. Then nothing can stop you. I want to inspire all these aspiring people and that's the whole purpose with my web site. Do not ever forget: if you can dream about something, you can also make it come true.
