Dear Readers,
It has been almost a full 2 weeks since I began dieting and training for the upcoming SNBF April 7th show and I must admit, it has been flawless up to this point!
No cheat meals, no cardio sessions missed, no training sessions missed - just pure drive to do well in this show.
Now the worst 7 days of contest preparation are approaching and if I remember how the final 7 days felt for Nationals preparation, this will neither be fun nor easy. Then again, I do enjoy a good challenge and treating these last few days as I have treated the days leading up to now will only enable me to produce a better physique.

I think that by being as meticulous as I have with my diet and training for this short amount of time is almost equivalent to doing a 4 week diet for Nationals.
I did cheat some on my Nationals prep, but not for this SNBF show. I will post some updated photos of myself later. Hopefully, I can look as I did at Nationals, maybe even better - keep your fingers crossed!
