Garbanzo Bean Salad
Makes: 5 servings
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces garbanzo beans (reduced-sodium)
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onions, chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8-12 drops hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Rinse garbanzo beans in a colander and set aside.
- Add the tomatoes, red onions, drained beans, green onions, and green pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix vinegar, olive oil, hot sauce, and pepper. Pour over beans and other vegetables and mix.
