Background

I am Valerie Waugaman, IFBB Figure Professional and Director of Marketing of Octane Cafe, a fitness-oriented restaurant concept in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio.

Two years ago at the Arnold Classic, I was truly inspired by the beautifully fit pro figure women gracing the stage. I started competing to challenge myself and generate some energy in Cleveland. For me, competing is about inspiring people to dream big dreams, and to go after them with all the vigor and energy of a healthy fit body, mind, and spirit. I ASPIRE TO INSPIRE!

I would like to thank all the dedicated Octane customers, all my friends and fans for their support and encouragement. YOU inspire ME! I appreciate you so much I've created a non-profit organization, FitMission, with the goal of educating and helping millions. Stay tuned for updates as we grow!
