Directions For ABB Speed Shot Intensity: For Pre-Workout Energy: Consume one half (1/2) bottle approximately 30 minutes prior to exercise. For Daily Energy and Alertness: Consume one half (1/2) bottle in between morning and afternoon meals. Start with one quarter (1/4) bottle to assess tolerance. Do not consume on an empty stomach or exceed one (1) bottle daily.

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for use by persons under age 18. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including, but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda, and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, or shortness of breath.
