Directions For Active Wrap Hand & Wrist Wrap: Cold Therapy
Place ActiveWrap packs without compress in freezer for at least 1 hour before initial application.

Heat Therapy
Place ActiveWrap packs without compress in microwave for 1 minute. Since microwaves vary, more or less time may be required. Or Boil 2 quarts (2.5 liters) of water then remove pot from heat. If gel pack is straight out of the freezer, immerse pack for 10 minutes. If gel pack is at room temperature, immerse pack for 7 minutes.

Warnings: Hot packs can cause burns if handled improperly. After heating pack, check temperature before applying to body. Cold therapy should not be used on patients who are cold hypersensitive, have experience compromised local circulation or vasopastic diseases such as Raynauds. This item is not intended for use as a brace or support during physical activity.
