Directions For Blue Star Nutraceuticals Blade: Always begin with one capsule in a 24 hour period to assess tolerance. As a dietary supplement take 2 capsules of Blade upon rising and 2 capsules mid-afternoon with at least 8 ounces of water. Do not take within 5 hours of sleep. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24 hour period. Combine Blade with a sensible diet and exercise program.

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Not intended for use by persons under 18. Consult a physician before taking this product if you have been treated or diagnosed with, or have a family history of any medical condition including, but not limited to, diabetes, anxiety disorders, depression, hypotension, kidney disease, liver disease, post-traumatic syndrome, schizophrenia glaucoma, cardiac conditions, osteoporosis, hypertension, angina, heart disease and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), or if you are taking any prescription drug or over the counter medication. Limit the use of caffeine- containing sources, such as tea, coffee and energy drinks, while taking this product. Discontinue use and immediately inform a medical doctor if you experience chest pain, dizziness, headache, irregular heartbeat, nausea, or other comparable symptoms. Use only as directed. Do not exceed recommended serving, as improper use of this product does not enhance results.
