Directions:
Daytime Formula:
Adults take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules, twice daily, with at least 10-20 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children (6 yrs-12 yrs) take 1/2 the adult suggested use.
Nighttime Formula:
Take 3 capsules every night 30-60 minutes before bedtime with at least 10-20 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Not recommended for children.
Warnings: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
This product contains Buckthorn and Senna. Read and follow directions carefully.
