Directions For ISS Research ProCosanoid: Take 1 tablet with a glass water 15 minutes before exercise or before the need for mental alertness. The energy and mental alertness will continue for 4 to 5 hours. Do not exceed more than 2 tablets per 24 hours. Not recommended 4 hours before sleep.

Warnings: Do not take if you are pregnant or nursing, elderly or under the age of 18, chronically ill, have difficulty in urination due to prostate enlargement, or taking any prescription or over-the-counter medicine, including but not limited to antidepressants (such as MAO inhibitors), stimulants, allergy medications, and medications for high blood pressure, liver, thyroid or psychiatric disease, diabetes, pernicious anemia, nervousness, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, cardiac arrhythmias or other cardiovascular conditions, or in combination with ephedrine, caffeine, guarana, ma huang, or any other stimulant. Discontinue use and consult your health care practitioner if dizziness, sleeplessness, tremors, nervousness, headache, or heart palpitations occur. If you have trouble sleeping, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed daily recommendations. Keep out of reach of children.
