Directions For MuscleTech Hydroxycut Hardcore X: Take one serving (3 capsules) with an 8 oz. glass of water twice daily. On days of your workout, take one of these servings before the workout. Consume ten glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions. Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 4-hour period and/or 6 capsules in a24-hour period. Do not take within 5hours of bedtime. To assess individual tolerance, follow the chart on the label.

Warnings: Not intended for use by persons under 18 or those with a medical condition. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a medical doctor before use if you have been treated fir or have a family history of any medical condition including (but not limited to) cardiovascular complications, psychological disorders, diabetes, or liver or kidney disease or if you are using any prescription or over-the-counter drug. Do not use if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), or any other product containing ingredients with a known stimulant effect. One serving (3 capsules) of this product contains about as much caffeine as 2 cups of coffee. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine (e.g., tea, coffee or cola beverages). Consult a medical doctor before starting any diet or exercise program. Discontinue use and call a medical doctor immediately if you experience irregular heartbeat, chest pain dizziness, headache, nausea, or other similar symptoms. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
