Let's talk about quality control. Just recently, we sent out a sample of CoQ10 to our independent lab. Unknown to them, we added a blending agent that reduced the expected amount of CoQ10 by 30%. We did this to test the quality of our lab. Sure enough, our lab called us back and told us one of our products did not meet its specifications. Our internal auditor laughed and said, "No, we were just testing you to make sure your lab tests are accurate." The lab technician laughed and stated, "You guys actually test the tester!" So, keep this in mind. This is a cost that cannot be seen in the bottle but can certainly be seen as value to your customer when they come back and buy the product again and again.

We don't do a lot of slick marketing and advertising. We don't trick people by selling technologies that don't exist or by putting claims on labels that are not compliant.
