  • 1 scoop MuscleTech 100% Whey Advanced protein, Triple Chocolate Brownie
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1 egg whites
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp powdered Stevia
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
