Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp onion flakes
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
