- 1 tsp vegan butter spread
- 1 tsp natural almond butter
- 1½ cup fat-free cottage cheese
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ⅓ cup oat bran

- Blend the oats and transfer them into a small bowl. Add the chia seeds and baking powder and mix.
- Stir in the almond milk. (Optional: Add cinnamon and vanilla)
- Add vegan butter to a hot pan, and add the batter. Scramble the pancake until it’s done, for about 2-3 min on medium heat.
- Transfer into a bowl, and add the cottage cheese as a side. Melt the almond butter and drizzle on top.
