Ingredients

  • 16 oz beef, chuck for stew, cut into cubes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 carrot, chopped
  • 3 stalk celery, finely diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp, ground oregano
  • 1 tsp, ground thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef stock
