The exercise ball rear delt fly is a dumbbell exercise targeting the rear heads of the shoulders, as well as the muscles of the upper-middle back. Lying prone on an exercise ball offers support to perform the movement. It is generally performed for moderate to high reps as a part of upper body or shoulder training.
