Kettlebell toe-touch

The kettlebell toe-touch is a more difficult version of a highly popular abdominal movement usually done for high reps. The simple addition of a weight makes the toe-touch far more difficult, providing a different stimulus to the core during training.

Benefits

  1. Allows you to train in lower rep ranges when bodyweight toe-touches get too easy
  2. Weighted ab training can help the core muscles grow and look more defined
  3. Also challenges the shoulders, chest, and serratus anterior muscles
